Steamed Aspagarus
 
 2 pounds fresh Asparagus  1 Tbls Olive Oil
 1 teaspoon salt
 
Wash asparagus, holding in both hands.  Break asparagus and place in a steamer basket in a 4 qt. Dutch oven. Add ½ inch of water to the pan. Add salt and olive oil. Place on medium heat, covered. When steam escapes from the pan, remove from heat and let stand till serving.
